Drafting support is available after a consultation when appropriate.

Flat fee drafting services typically range between:

• Answer and Counterpetition: $200-$350
• Joint Petition for Dissolution (when both parties are working cooperatively)
• Stipulated Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, Order for Judgment and Judgment and Decree (Stipulated J&D)*: usually $550–$900, depending on complexity
• Motions and supporting affidavits: usually $425–$850, depending on complexity
• Order for Protection (OFP) petitions: $175-$300
